20 Min Scenic Flight + Alpine Landing
Great experience of landing on ice . Our piolet was very nice person , he explain details very well during flight and also help us to get down on ICE and take our family picture on ICE . We had very memorable time and it was very good deal we got via Bookme . Thank you bookme .

Awesome Experience
Such an amazing experience! I'll be back in winter for a snowy landing. This company was excellent at contacting me early to rearrange flight times when booking numbers were low. Highly recommend!!

Brief ride!
We went on the ride advertised as “25 minutes with Alpine landing”. This is not incorrect but it was 5 mins ride in each direction with 10 mins at the landing spot and back to base in 20 mins. The landing was a rocky hilltop with great views but no snow. Staff were friendly and polite. Very pleased I didn’t pay full price for this ride, but the value was still rather dubious.

Avoid this company
This is a nightmare company to work with. We booked a quick 20 minute ride for 11:30, only to be emailed, not called, to say that our ride had been bumped to 12pm and we needed to call them to confirm our spot. We called and left a message since nobody decided to pick up. We arrived at 11:15 and were told that we probably won't fly at 12 either but could PAY MORE and get on the 1pm flight. We were given a guarantee it would fly. So, we decided to wait around until check in for that flight after paying the required amount to 'upgrade'. We went to check in at 12:45 only to be told they cancelled it and we could wait another hour if we wanted to. We asked to speak with their manager and she decided to cancel the flight then go on break to smoke in the parking lot. After she finally decided to come back, she told us that she can't process a refund for us and to contact a completely different company. When I asked the manager if there was a NZ business complaint agency, she refused to tell me and kept avoiding giving any information. I had to find out through a Google search. We've stayed in NZ for 10 days and haven't run into such a dishonest, unprofessional company and staff as this one. -10/10, would never recommend.

If you had booked with a third-party booking agent, a refund would need to be processed through them directly. We apologise that this wasn't explained more thoroughly at the time.
