Exceptional
Lots of fun. Though the movie sets were gone, Shane's descriptions and enthusiasm made them appear vividly in our mind's eye. He was able to stitch together the scenery as if the movies were playing. And the fun of being able to handle some of the films' weaponry was marvelous. Highly recommended!!

They've taken the Hobbits to Isengard!
Where do I even begin? Shane was an amazing guide who went above and beyond to show us everything! His enthusiasm matched ours, so we were absolutely happy and lucky as well in more than one way!! Furthermore communication with Francesco was easy and courteous, could not ask for a better customer service. Great company, just go do it, you will be pleased ? Wo soll ich da überhaupt anfangen? Shane war ein fantastischer Tour guide, der absolut alles gegeben hat, um uns alles zu zeigen! Sein Enthusiasmus war dem unseren ebenbürtig, sodass wir nicht nur glücklich waren, sondern auch großes Glück hatten, und das auf mehr als eine Weise! Auch die Kommunikation mit Francesco war angenehm und zuvorkommend, so geht Service. Eine ganz besondere Herr-der-Ringe-Tour(, die auch die notwendigen Genehmigungen hat um wirklich überall hinzukommen und dort dann auch anhalten zu dürfen...) Also los, machen, es lohnt sich!!
