Exceptional
Lots of fun. Though the movie sets were gone, Shane's descriptions and enthusiasm made them appear vividly in our mind's eye. He was able to stitch together the scenery as if the movies were playing. And the fun of being able to handle some of the films' weaponry was marvelous. Highly recommended!!

A+ LOTR Queenstown tour
We had a great time with Shane and Kyle! Shane clearly loves his job, loves LOTR and loves giving people a great experience! His extensive knowledge (not just about LOTR but also Queenstown and NZ in general) passion, enthusiasm and personable, relaxed style made it awesome! We visited places I had never been to got to see more of the stunned scenery than I would have driving myself!
