Great afternoon on the lake
We had an excellent few hours on the lake kayaking through Water Sport World Queenstown. It was affordable, the staff was super friendly, and there’s a great cafe and walking trail nearby :)

Kayaking Queenstown
Friendly helpful and laidback staff get you ready for a fun trip along the shores of Frankton Arm or further afield if you want. Only downside for me was the kayaks don’t have backrests and my back couldn’t take the strain without one, otherwise 5 stars.

Would not recommend
No response through email when I confirmed booking, I called to confirm booking and they said they would call me back in an hour or 2. When I turned up they didn’t have enough kayaks for what I booked. Staff did not check up on us once while we were out on the waters and the kayak aren’t in good condition. Best to go to the main beach and hire kayaks from there as theirs was better. Would not hire from here again.

Unexpected journey
Im very disappointed about my and my friend experience. We came for our experience 10min before booking time, office was closed no-one answer to phone. We wait around 30 min but no-one back to office. When I try to call for next day still no answer. Unfortunately we lost our money and very sad about this situation.
