Challenge your balance and ability to focus, concentrate and stay present for 90 minutes.
Hot Foundations - 40°
Hot Foundations is a bold, new, science-backed series of postures based on modern understandings of movement and anatomy. Designed to meet the needs of human beings in the modern world. It aims to shed light on how we can approach Yoga as a functional movement practice supporting a wide spectrum of diverse activity and also longevity.
Yin Yoga - 25-28°
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time, three to five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Working into the connective tissue around the joints, the emphasis is on releasing muscles rather than on contracting. The practice often finishes with a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling calm and centred.
Hot Pilates 35° (Suna Method)
Suna is Pilates-based, with all the traditional focus on correct posture and breathing; but enriched with the latest anatomical and biomechanical research, plus an additional cardio focus through high intensity low impact training (HIIT) for cardiac health. Correct posture is essential to achieve excellent results, so our Pilates Instructors correct and adjust your posture throughout each workout. With a blend of interval training, Pilates postural principals and functional fitness we’ll help you create a stronger, leaner body that looks great, feels amazing, and ages well.

Tolle Erfahrung
Habe zum ersten Mal Hot Yoga gemacht und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Bin bei 32 Grad gut ins Schwitzen gekommen und die Übungen haben den ganzen Körper gut gedehnt. Sehr gut angeleitet. Würde wiederkommen!
