Great trip

Surprised that more people didn’t join us. Go orange needs to push this trip. No sign of poster advertising at kiosk. Families would love this. Water taxi to Walter Peake and then Unimog into the backcountry. Nothing compares to the silence out in the back country. Fantastic views!

I've been to Queenstown a few times, but this was my first time at Walters Peak. Stunning views and we had awesome guides/drivers! Something different

Unforgettable Off Road Experience

This was a unforgettable 4WD drive adventure in perfect weather conditions! Leaving Queenstown and returning by Water Taxi added to the experience and provided a comfortable uncrowded journey to enjoy the stunning views from Lake Wakatipu. Arriving at Walter Peak High Country Station we were greeted by our Unimog Driver/ Guide who was very welcoming and provided great commentary as we explored the High Country. Travelling in the Mog created a very memorable experience and unique way to travel in a beautiful remote area. Fantastic photo opportunities, Great Guides, A diverse adventure you won't forget!

Go Orange 4WD Unimog

Good exposure to the back country. Informative ride in the water taxi to Walters Peak. Then we took the 4WD Unimog following the Cycle Trail to top end of Lake Wakatipu. There are some very nice sceneries. Unfortunately we did not have much opportunities for photo stops. The resolution of the live video can certainly be improved.

4WD Unimog Adventure Queenstown

We really enjoyed our Unimog Adventure, the day started with a water taxi ride over to Walter Peak, a perfect day weather wise was the icing on the cake. On arrival, you then board your Unimog and off you go. Our guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable and we have some great photos to go home with.
