Very disappointed

We booked in for lunch before our flight home back to Tauranga only to get a phone call from the place saying they do not serve Kai on this particular day. We weren't offered any other option nit did they want to refund the $3 I know it's only $3 but it's more the point that they didn't want to help rectify the situation. And for that they get zero stars. Made our last day I'm Queenstown a dumb one.

Best Food and Service Ever!

Hardly we found any eatery with such a polite and friendly service with a sincere smile. We ordered blue cod and beef brisket, both are exceptionally GREAT! MIGHT even be the best fish and chips ever! Not to mention the lake views too. 10 stars! **********
