Great service
Staff Chanel is friendly. Gave good advice. He went the extra mile, on closing timr he still took my bike in. Bike is in good condition too. Survived th e downhill mtb tracks. Breaks in good condition.

Bad and unsafe bikes
We rented 2 MTB's at Bikes & Beyond and had a bad experience with badly maintained and unsafe bikes: when peddeling we broke through the gears, the chain fell off when shifting, the chain was not oiled and extremly dry and the tires were pretty worn. Worst of all, on a steep downhill I found out that I had only half a brake (the right brake did not work at all) and quickly had to jump off. We felt really unsafe on the bikes.

We try to always have them all in great condition, this 2 were missed, unfortunately, we don't have any attempts for calling for help on our phone, because we could have gone and changed your bikes immediately as we always do when our customers are having issues. FUUUUN
The staffs were really friendly and they see to it that the bike is in good condition. Had a really fun and good time biking in Queenstown's bike trail :)
