Cool off inside our ice kingdom with a spine-tingling temperature of -12 degrees. Once inside, there is no time limit, and you can showcase your skills on our ice hockey table and admire our ice sculptures.

To consume Alcohol you must be over the legal drinking age. You may be asked to produce Government Issued ID to prove your age.

***PLEASE NOTE*** A valid passport, New Zealand Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ card are the only accepted forms of ID by law.
Child price applies to ages 17 and under - no child entries after 9pm.
Below Zero is a supervised area, and a parent or legal guardian must accompany all under 18-year-olds.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your selected booking time to maximize your Below Zero Ice Bar adventure. Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late for your allocated booking time, we may deny entry.

Daytime visit, pretty busy, good fun : )

Perfect place to go on such a Hot Day : ) It was pretty busy. The Staff gave Us really warm jackets and gloves and explained thew safety rules etc... The games table was a nice surprise, and My 2 teen Sons had heaps of fun with that. Nice friendly Staff. The colour changing lights weren't working , which made it a bit boring of viewing the sculptures, the other Ice Bar had them changing and it was heaps better. I really appreciate the discounts! I wouldn't of gone and paid full price. Thanks : )
