After pick up from your Queenstown hotel the days adventure begins with a full safety briefing before the excitement really begins!
Flying by chopper in the rugged southern alps to hunt out the days best powder is a truly awe inspiring and exhilarating experience, taking in the spectacular views and marveling at the terrain these amazing machines can get you to is all part of the experience, a thrill before you've even cut your first turns on the fresh snow.
Once the slope has been selected the chopper drops you on the ridge-line with your guide and soon disappears out of sight leaving you in the serenity of the pristine and wild Southern Alps.

Amazing Day out
We booked this last minute, and from Fran in the office to Ben in the field we had an amazing experience. Ben was our guide for the day, and we certainly got the runs, dreams are made of. Very professional crowd, and a day we will not forget in a hurry, We ended upgrading for another two runs after lunch, and that was well worth it. Lunch was great too.

Best Experience Ever!
Awesome day, an unbelievable experience getting dropped on the top of a summit and having a beautiful mountain to ride into. The guides were great and lunch was excellent. Will come back and do it again. Book as many runs as you can!

Awesome day - great snow
We had average weather on the morning of but at all times the team were confident that we would get up there - finally the clouds broke up and they decided to go. As a group we decided to eat lunch first and then do our runs not stop. The terrain was perfect our guide Ben was great fun he knew exactly where to go to get the best snow - I will be back for sure

Highlight of our trip
Couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Our guides were super helpful and made everyone feel excited about the trip. Our helicopter pilot was incredibly talented and there was powder for days! Very happy we did this.
