After pick up from your Queenstown hotel the days adventure begins with a full safety briefing before the excitement really begins!
Flying by chopper in the rugged southern alps to hunt out the days best powder is a truly awe inspiring and exhilarating experience, taking in the spectacular views and marveling at the terrain these amazing machines can get you to is all part of the experience, a thrill before you've even cut your first turns on the fresh snow.
Once the slope has been selected the chopper drops you on the ridge-line with your guide and soon disappears out of sight leaving you in the serenity of the pristine and wild Southern Alps.

Awesome day!
We ski powder a lot but this was our first Heliski. The operation was very professional. Experience was great. Our guide Mike was really good at finding us fresh snow and managing a group of different levels. Lunch on the mountain was really good, food was first class. All in all we had a great day and the next time we are back in queenstown we will book with them again.

Long-time boarders, first time heli experience.
Long-time boarders. First time heli-ski experience. Brilliant day out, got a bit lucky with the weather. Alpine were faultless in their execution, professionalism and knowledge. Was hard to return to Cardrona the next day! Big thanks to Ben and the pilot – we’ll be back again without question.

AMAZING!!
Perfect day! From the guides to the chopper ride, the snow and the unreal spread the team put on for lunch. Not a thing I could fault. It ran seamlessly and would do it again any day just my bank account won't let me unfortunately.

Great first day heliskiing in tough conditions
Even though the weather was really poor the team did their very best and managed to get us up for 3 or the 4 runs. The fresh powder runs were well worth the wait. Cheers
