Bit disappointing
Came to enjoy the facilities with my boyfriend on my birthday but came away feeling quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly we tried the hot tub, which we soon found out didn’t have bubbles, which wasn’t a big deal, but it the temperature which was the problem. Luke warm water sadly and no one around to ask if it was broken or to turn it up. There are separate sauna and steam room for men and women, which was a bit disappointing as I wanted to spend time with my boyfriend. And to top things off, there was a lady using the pool and relax facilities to have a very loud phone call. There was no staff around to alert to any of these issues and when we did try to find staff we realised we had been locked out of reception. Ultimately a disappointed visit to a spa I had high hopes for.

One star
The staff member was very lovely and helpful showing us around. However the spa was luke warm the pool was freezing, we would have loved to have gotten a drink or something to eat but restaurant was closed due to it being hired out, maybe a little info to inform people that before booking.
