They changed the time of our booking on the the day of our booking and called us to come At 11am (at 10am, leaving us 1 hour to get there) when our appointment was actually 2:30pm. Due to the short notice, we got there at 11:15 And they only massaged us for half an hour, rather than the full hour we paid. Absolutely disappointing service, worst experience ever.
