This fully guided tour takes you on a journey through time to uncover the stories, personalities and events around the signing of the treaty and the shaping of a nation.

Tour Times:

1 March to 24 December: Tours depart every hour on the hour between 10am to 4pm (subject to demand)

26 December to 28 February: every half hour from 10am - 4.30pm (subject to demand)

 

Check In: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour

Duration: The Guided Tour Lasts 1 hour, however we recommend allowing a full 3 hours to properly explore and enjoy the grounds.

This is a good learning experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. The Tour Guide is knowledgeable. The staff are all friendly and give visitors a warm welcome.

Maori magic!

I loved this tour at Waitangi. Great guides, interesting buildings, great views and a very entertaining and informative Maori show. The new Museum is fantastic, the cafe is great and it all makes an interesting half day visit.
