Paihia is known as the Jewel of the Bay of Islands, and is the perfect base to explore the scenic treasures of this picturesque destination.
Your experience will take you around the beachside Paihia Township, over the bridge to Waitangi, and passed the historic Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Waitangi Forest.
The final stop is the breathtaking Haruru Falls - this unique horseshoe shaped waterfall is simply spectacular and a definite must see!
Although the route is suggested, feel free to explore this spectacular location as you please.

Awesome as Bike Adventure
Hired 2 of their bikes & had an awesome as adventure biking to HARURU FALLS* & around PAIHIA* ? Had a great time site-seeing along the way & would definitely do it again ??

Awesome biking to the falls
Easy as! Nu fuss, no small caps, You go there, get the bike, get on the bike, bike around to the Haruru Falls, and have fun for a couple of hours! Highly recommended. Cheers
