This fantastic half day tour takes 3 hours and is suitable for beginners right through to experienced paddlers.

Great kayaking trip
Our original tour was cancelled due to expected bad weather but the team transferred us to another tour paddling down from Haruru Falls. It was a great couple of hours of easy paddling, with some interesting stories and historical tales. A fun game at the end completed our trip. The bonus of free photos emailed to us was really appreciated. I will definitely come back here for another tour next time I’m in Paihia.

Kayaking was great fun
On the day of the tour I checked my emails to find that that bay of islands tour had been cancelled due to the weather however I rang up to see if I could change he tour to the Haruru falls one and the staff helped me do this with no trouble at all. All the staff were great fun, made great conversation and even gave us tips on where to go and eat afterwards.

Great way to see the bay
Really enjoyed our half-day tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Paddling can be a good workout but when you're in a 2-person kayak there's room to relax too! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience
Our tour guide Chris was great - also very knowledgable about the history and culture within the area. Everyone in the group was welcoming and sociable throughout the tour. Highly recommend this tour and Costal Kayakers - they were all friendly, chilled and had a good sense of humour!
