joshua said... the real authentic singapore laksa doesn't have peas, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, rice noodle, onion. Its an insult to the dish, this is a western version of a so called "singapore laksa". I would be sceptical about the other so call "south east asia" dishes on the menu...
