My only issue was it was my flatmates birthday and she arrived earlier than me and when she arrived and said she was waiting for me they asked her what the booking was under a couple of times and as she waited they didnt give her a menu or ask if she would like a drink first. Not an awful situation but that would be the only thing to improve on.
