Ali Imran said... No guidance or information for the first timers. I am not saying they should give free lesson but at least they can guide what is best for the new comers and where to start from. They assume visitors already know how it work inside. Staff is like robots they will do what you ask for. Apparently they are instructed not to guide anyone.
