Get kitted out with snow gear and prepare for epic fun as you hit the slopes at New Zealand's only indoor snow resort!
It was really fun for us. It was the first time for both of the kids and even though initially they weren't into it, by the end of it, they were having a great time and were even reluctant to leave!
Staff were helpful and polite. Got there for 10, so wasn't too busy. Got busy through morning but wasn't too bad. Good value and nice to have somewhere to practice before heading to snow later in the year. We are beginners, so intermediate slope was a bit steep at top to start with but got the hang of it by the end. Highly recommend.
Would be nice if there was maybe a 15min quick "how to ski" session included. As my wife and kids had no idea how to ski or where to go inside
No guidance or information for the first timers. I am not saying they should give free lesson but at least they can guide what is best for the new comers and where to start from. They assume visitors already know how it work inside. Staff is like robots they will do what you ask for. Apparently they are instructed not to guide anyone.

If you have toddlers that don't listen & a spouse that doesn't help, this isn't the place for a family day out, you'll be stressed out ! But overall, the staff were helpful and it was fun while it lasted. Would definitely go back, just not with my younger children or boyfriend lol
