Super FUN day out!

This was our first time to Crystal Mountain and we absolutely loved every minute. Friendly staff, super fun indoor playground, really fun rides outside. There was something for everyone, we stayed all day we had such fun. When I booked I thought it was on the expensive side but it was worth every dollar.

Amazing place

Enjoyed every single part of it. The crystal museum and shop are absolutely stunning and there is so much you can buy. They have everything. The Cafe was amazing, the food and options are great and priced very reasonably. Childrens play area is huge and is very fun, they loved it. Very good value for money for everything they offer. Highly recommended for everyone.

Nice playground

Animal farm is not that big, only few animals are there but my kids who loves to see animals enjoyed watching it. We spent most of the time in the indoor playground so making the kids busy while sipping coffee. I guess the entrance fee is only meant for playground use as there is nothing much to see outside. Staff are not welcoming asking me to pay extra for my 2 year old kid, when i already purchase a family visit pass. She said i have to pay $10 for the indoor playground for each kid, luckily didn't buy tickets right away because when we got there the indoor playground is open for all kids. When we got to the crystal museum, another staff is rudely asking if me if i got tickets. so we decided not to go in because they are not so accomodating so we just left.

Poor facility services

My little boy was sticking in the bathroom due to run out of papers, and I have asked 4 staffs but no one knew where the papers are. I finally was able to meet the manager or the owner of the shop and he says in a very annoying voice that they are extremely busy right now packing crystals that he doesn’t want to waste time on doing that. He brought the papers at the end of long waiting. However my husband and I were really disappointed in the service we received and decided not to visit this place again as we are not valuable customers for them even though we spent over $350 but didn’t not buy any crystals.
