Awesome time in the water
Our 1st attempt was cancel due to weather, company was so kind to allow reschedule any time. By the time we hit the water.. We had amazing instructors to guide us through the health and safety.. Great fun.. Didn't feel rush.

Poor customer service
The first time I tried to do this, we were told it was too windy. Ok, fine. But then we tried to reschedule, and they were closed for 2 weeks, and then stopped responding to us. I can't rate the experience, since I never had it, but the customer service is terrible. Waiting for a refund...

Hi Jemila, Sorry to hear you have had issues with this. As you can imagine we have only had 9 good weather days since the start of December. All refunds are done through bookme as they hold your funds. We will look into this for you.

Don't expect any help
The training was very basic and the guy didn't help my kids at all. Didn't get into the water with them and was chatting to someone as they got blown down the beach.
