Vibrosaun was great and relaxing. Saltcave could do with some gentle music as others snoring takes away from it. The onboarding of disclosing can also be quite uncomfortable with emails and phone calls. The owner is a bit stretched and could do with a more calming relaxed assistant.

We have clearly indicated on our website plus on our deal provider website (in this instant Bookme) that client need to provide needful information for visiting as soon as they book with us as without these information booking is incomplete or these slots can be booked by others through other channels like direct on our website or TripAdvisor or Viator or Expedia or RedBallon or Grabone etc., something like first come first basis. That is reason you had received email from us as soon as you made booking with us via Bookme to finalize your booking. As it was delayed to respond on your side phone or text message were sent. It is good to know that you enjoyed Vibrosaun and commented "Vibrosaun was great and relaxing." For your comment "Saltcave could do with some gentle music as others snoring takes away from it. During Salt Cave Halotherapy I can only suggest clients not to talk as respect to each other, so everyone can have good personal benefits as needed, we have no control if someone fall sleep or snoring. The host was doing his best and well organised for doing it on his own. Overly repeat of info and arrangements spoiled the atmosphere a little as i felt we were more going threw a process than a relaxing time. The sessions was well shorter than advertised as you need to move between the two rooms and then get dressed i suppose. The salt cave had the look but i am not convinced it works for anything. Not even a salt smell. I think if there is suppose to be one its left the salt way back as the salt has become older possibly? I found the cave somewhat boring for this reason and couldn't wait to finish. I did enjoy the vibrosun machines as its something different. It heats up to temperature you want to set and the experience is like lying on a sun bed and the messaging is in the form of the vibrating. I think for anyone that has had treatments before it would be average. For any new people it might still be enjoyable. I think the book me price for it is fair and you get what you pay for comparing with other treatments. I think with a few tweaks in trying to make it really relaxing for people, new sand?, something special, it could be a better and memorable experience. As vibrating messaging isnt top of my list i am struggling to give this experience three stars but ill be nice. Thanking the owner/manager for trying hard!
Dear Angie, as provider I am replying to your response, so you can receive reply plus other to have thoughts for your comment. You made booking 14/5/23 for two guests for Vibrosauna and Salt Cave Halotherapy for 16/5/23 after which you were send information plus called to provide information for booking formalities, again on 15/1/23 you made booking for third guess (to be honest you can’t as you have become repeat client who had made purchased already, but with no fuss was accommodated, you were asked to send all relevant information and to come 15 minutes before time as part of requirement). On day of visit you and your guest never came ask discussed after which few calls were made in response you said running late and arrived after booked time. You all were explained and provided all needful information for both booked session, by response of you all three on day it looked that you all were having good time and enjoyed entire experience. There has not been any breach with what we have advertised you all got as mentioned consultation with change of clothes time, 30 minutes session with device on in Vibrosaun, again rest plus change of clothes time, same for Salt Cave Halotherapy as indicated on our website as well as third party Bookme website. Franky speaking, I do know what was your expectation, as anyone wishing to visit us will read about concept, understand what to accept, read other clients’ review for more clarification and if needed call to cross check – after everything is clear then book. Also, there is nothing what you pay cheap or expensive, to be honest each of us have worked hard every penny we spend is important, if you understand will not put comment “I think the book me price for it is fair and you get what you pay for comparing with other treatments”. I think if there is suppose to be one its left the salt way back as the salt has become older possibly?” there is nothing do with old and new, entire structure releases salt ions which people breath and helps with conditions like respirator, Asthma, Hay Fever, Sinus etc. youngest child I have catered is 3 months old with Cystic Fibrosis and that is reason people visit us. Also, there is no need to remove entire stuff and replace new, there is nothing like outdated similar to real cave, on same way we do needful things as needed to keep to that standard.
