Notes

  • No kayaking experience necessary, however a basic level of fitness is required.

    Please Note: Minimum numbers are required for the tour to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.


    Customer Cancellations:

    If you wish to cancel your tour you can do up until 48 hours before you tour departure however there will be a 25% administration fee applies. Date changes are available but not within 48 hours of departure.

    You will receive no refund:

    1. If you give fewer than 48 hours before your tour departure time.

    2. If you miss the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, vehicle breakdowns, etc);

    3. If you do not turn up;

    4. If we have to cancel the booking because of client unsuitability due to age, ill health, poor fitness, inappropriate physical size, intoxication, etc.

  • Duration: 2 hours for the whole experience (1.5 hours on the water)
