Love the place
After having very busy and stressful life lately. This was the perfect solution of it. Me and my husband we travel from Auckland with our cousins to relax here at Wairakei thermal pool. Thank you very much for warm welcome too. Love the customer service

From the welcoming staff to the stunning setting this Taupo icon is not to be missed. It’s clean and the adults only environment means it is the perfect place to wind down.

Nice soak
We went in the morning so it wasn’t busy at all. Nice temperatures to choose, however I would prefer to have a plays to rest outside of the pool. There are just a few benches, that were full of personal belongings

Amazing place
Went here for first time in March. What a wonderful relaxing experience. Would highly recommend.
