The cruise was very good too. The buffet was a bit of an all-in brawl for food and tables - but the food was very decent and very welcome. The cruise sights and commentary were very good. All in all a very long but thoroughly enjoyable day. Many highlights, including the kea near Homer Tunnel and the majestic Milford Sound with its multiple waterfalls. The wet and cold weather didn't detract at all; in fact the rain helped the waterfalls.
