Winter experience
The commentary was almost inaudible in the back three rows due to a faulty speaker circuit. But it was still a delight.

Very poor…., abandoned in Glenorchy for an hour and a half. Little to do or see. Trip needs more content.

Excellent guide Serena
Serena made the tour special with so much additional information throughout the tour. It’s not your regular run of the mill tour and she made sure of the personal touch of coming up with stories and information all along . Highly recommended to all

congratulate the guide/driver who, even though there was only me on the tour, didn't cancel, he was extremely professional, a very friendly gentleman, even though he didn't have good English, he managed to understand me at all times, I hope this message reaches him
