We visited on a cold rainy day, and everything looked so appetising so in the end we ordered all items on offer -- a gourmet sandwich, a salad box, a jacket potato and a soup. The friendly staff explained the sandwhich order worked like Subway -- but I'd say Subway has nothing to compare with the sandwhiches at Arthur's! We had a BBQ pork sandwhich and a falafel sandwhich, both were super delicious and the fillings were very generous. The salad bar offered a great selection of fresh ingredients. We didn't ask for extra dressing because the coronation chicken (a Morocan flavoured marinated roasted chicken) and chickpeas were already so flavoursome. The potato salad and roasted beetroots were very delicious too. The jacket potato was nice and fluffy. Went really well with BBQ pulled pork and sour cream. The tomato soup was very hearty and the croutons on top added a nice crunch to each mouthful. Arthurs was definitely the best place we tried at this trip. The next time we visit Queenstown we will skip the long queue for burgers and go to Arthurs for most of our meals!
