• Gift Purchase: If this service is purchased as a gift for anyone other than yourself please include contact information for the person who will receive this service at Nadi Wellness. This ensures your friend receives the correct starting time and location to arrive at for their enjoyment of their service.

  Check-in: Please check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time at Nadi Wellness Centre and provide a contact number. Please note that mobile services are not available for this deal.

  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide a shower after massages.

  This service is for an Aroma Relax Massage only.If you would like to upgrade to a different style like therapeutic sports/ deep tissue (extra fee), please email us or discuss this with your massage therapist prior to your treatment.

  Please note that if you are pregnant, you must contact us prior to booking this service as not every therapist can perform pregnancy massages.

  - Pregnancy massages are only offered for women in their second and third trimester - first trimester: facials only with an extra fee (must be discussed with Nadi Wellness prior to booking as not every therapist is facial trained as well as we need time to prepare for this service).

  - preferred treatment times can be requested but may not be possible due to our availability - please email us prior to booking in to see possibilities. If you book within 24 hours of starting your booking and the time does not suit you, there won't be a refund.

  - All timeslots are 'START BETWEEN' times. This does not mean that the treatment will be finished within this timeframe. Nadi Wellness will choose the start time we can accommodate in our schedule. You can not decide yourself what time you want to come in as we may have other treatments going on already.

  - Nadi Wellness is a professional massage service. We do not accept any aggression or unacceptable behaviour towards any of our staff members.

• Nadi Wellness will contact you as soon as possible with your treatment start time. We recommend checking on the day of your booking if there are any changes - we strongly recommend providing an email address AND a contact number. Preferable starting times can be requested but not guaranteed. Please note that we do not give refunds if you cancel your booking within 24 hours because your preferred time slot isn't available.

  Please note: We just recently experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations. Your time is as important to us as our own. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 HOURS NOTICE. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client who would be hoping to get an appointment with us.

  If 24 HOURS NOTICE isn't given, or you simply do not show, we won't fully refund you. In case of no-show or cancellation within 24hrs, please contact your travel insurance. Your travel insurance might be able to cover.

  Please notify BookMe or Nadi Wellness directly if something is incorrect on your booking voucher.

  Please note that if you require a pregnancy massage to contact us first before booking so we can allocate your booking to a pregnancy trained therapist.
