Our rafting trip reservation had to be rescheduled to the day before due to increasing water levels, and the staff was very flexible in the options they offered. The trip itself was very exciting! Our guide, Jack, was a great teacher, and gave us opportunities to try something new at each rapid. I felt safe the entire time - even when we went down the 7 miter waterfall! The water was warm but they gave us wetsuits anyway. I absolutely recommend booking with Rotorua Rafting!
