Fantastic!

Great morning, our tour guide/driver was very informative and gave us lots of extra information about New Zealand on the drive. We visited the mud baths, thermal pools and a geyser, all in all a fab tour!

Amazing and otherworldly

Geoffrey was a fantastic punctual guide and driver and his hybrid vehicle is very comfortable. He provided fantastic commentary during the journeys to and from. During the walk around it is a self guided walk to explore the hot springs, mud pools and lakes. The geyser eruption was also great. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend a visit even if you go into Rotorua town to see the pools there, it’s still worth the journey out to see the scale these amazing natural wonders.

A Morning to Remember

I had a fantastic morning thanks to this tour! Kay was just soooo kind and fun from the moment I met her to the end of the tour! She was incredibly knowledgeable, and I could literally feel her enthusiastic love for the culture here. The Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland was such a colorful place, made even more wonderful when you understand the mechanisms behind it, which Kay explained on the way there. She even kindly offered to drop me off at the Whakarewarewa Forest at the end of the tour! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have a deeper understanding of Rotorua and an unforgettable morning with Kay— only if you are lucky enough to be with her, haha!
