Had a blast

We were lucky enough to go rafting yesterday with Kaituna Cascades. So much fun! Due to level 2 restrictions our bubble of 2 got a raft of our own, a VIP experience. Elvis our guide knew the river inside out and we felt super safe. Great photos we love them. Thanks for a wicked experience!

Great rafting experience, bad comms

Great tour on the Wairoa. Nice guides, skilled and some nice (and fishy) lunch afterwards. They charge $50 for 1 or 5 pictures. In the car I was shown them and was told it would be easy to get them (or buy). Follow-up on my mail was poor (basically: others are happy to pay $50 for a picture), so sad you think it’s weird. The trip was amazing, the after-care or comms pretty lousy. For me the reason to do another rafting/kayak adventure with another company.

Hey frank Thanks for the review. Yip that was a great day out on the Wairoa river. $50 is the cost for the whole Photo Album of our Rafting trip. You probably get at least 70-80 professional photos for that price. Sorry mate but we just don't sell them Individually !! We did also email you back asking if you would like to discuss this matter further by phone !! but unfortunately we never heard back from you. Cheers Kaituna Cascades
