Margaret said... It was a good kayaking experience with friendly staff. However, perhaps back luck, we were placed in a faulty kayak that kept steering right and had fallen far behind the group because of it. I would recommend that if it's raining to not bring your glasses along or secure them well (I lost mine)q. The glowworm caves are terrible small that it 'snuggly' fits one kayak in the cave to look around. The wonderful staff and the hotpools did make up for the poop experience at the beginning.
