The venue is lovely and the food good quality pub style food high is nicely presented. We will be returning for another meal
Cool restaurant, lovely wait staff. Ordered pretty quickly and was served drinks fast. Food, however took way too long. Over 45 minutes. Was on second drink by the time they served us - we were thinking of actually leaving. Crazy thing was, it wasn't overly busy and they had plenty of staff on - my partner ordered the salmon and I had a steak that I would cook myself. Food was inconsistent when it came. Salmon and steak were great, potato dish (galette) was on the cold side, and the salad was simply cut iceberg lettuce with a few croutons. The slow service puts me off going in the future. Its a shame, as I thought the place was cool overall. Just need to sort cover times out.
The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was super busy. However, our food arrived late, one of the main dishes came cold and did not taste fresh at all. We ordered two mocktail drinks (we believe it was Nojito x2), priced at $5.90, but they charged $18+ each. I had already left the restaurant when I saw the receipt and did not bother to come back to ask about the discrepancy. The curly fries were delicious. The only thing we actually enjoyed from our dinner.

Great experience but could be better…
About 30-40 minutes wait for the food to arrive (big table before us). Sides on mains are cold on arrival. Prawn skewer on the surf & turf was very underwhelming. Chicken schnitzel for the kid unfortunately was on the dry side. On the positive, waitress was attentive and check on us often. The beef on the stone grill was succulent and melt in the mouth. Kids cheeseburger portion was generous. The fondue was nothing like the photo in the menu, but it was just nice (not sickly sweet) to finish the night off. Overall, great stone grill experience.
