Uma Rajagopalan said... Worst staff ever. Me and my husband were on time at 2:28 pm for our 2:30 pm cruise. There is a 10 minute long walk from the parking garage to the info center that wasn’t mentioned in the email or the website. We arrived on time at 2 pm (30 minutes before our checkin time for 2:30 pm). I had the boarding pass in hand but the crew didn’t let us get onboard & I had to pay $130 transfer fee. Would never opt for this cruise company again!
