Sophie Mwase said... The challenge had our group fully using our thinking caps. Lea - the staff at the establishment was friendly, helpful and created a welcoming atmosphere. Giving a clear explanation of the challenge then checking on us after we seemed stuck. I would have provided 5 stars as we would return to do an escape room on another trip to Taupo however we had trouble finding the location as the signage is small and there is nothing I could see on the top part of the building. Also I was thinking the signage would say Escape room but it says Confinement and didnt relate it to this booking.
