Departing from the water at Taupo Bay, this unique flight in a Cessna floatplane gives you a bird’s eye view of one of New Zealand’s most scenic regions.
Discover first hand the immensity of New Zealand's largest lake as we fly along the Northern Bays toward Kinloch, allowing you to soak up the gorgeous crystal clear water from above. On heading back we pass over the Wairakei steam field, take a circuit of the incredible Huka Falls and fly over Taupo’s town centre before landing on Taupo’s lakefront.

Beautiful aerial view
Absolutely loved flying high above Taupo. Neil was a fantastic guide. Would love to hear the Maori history of the land. I feel flying high would be a great opportunity to visualise it.
