I was slightly worried it might be a bit hard for me but the group moves relatively slowly and carefully at all times. Part of the hike your harness is clipped into the safety line through some steep inclines and when coming down some of the steeper parts. Honestly one of the best experiences and one I shall be recommending to my passengers coming to New Zealand
