The View from second roll inside ,It was very short landing at snow point. On that time, there are two helicopters land at the same time you have to share view point with other flock. If you not lucky like me, your pilot will land later and leave first so it means you will have only pic like me.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our helicopter flight and landing experience. Our pilot Scotty was amazing. We went early November and there was still plenty of snow at the summit (knee deep) Kids had a blast sinking and falling over and we were able to capture some beautiful photos together. Totally recommend, you could not come to Queenstown and not do this!!!

Great experience
This was a last minute decision for us and one we where so pleased we done. It was the highlight of our Queenstown trip! Our pilot was very experienced and knowledgeable. Great money for value. I would definitely recommend!

Not good
They changed my booking time without communicating with me. They made 6 people on board but the room is only enough for 4 people. I had to squeezed really hard while seeing the views. Not enjoyable:( I will not recommend it to my friends.

Hi, We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. We explained in your confirmation email that your booking time had changed due to availability. We apologize for any misunderstanding. Our helicopters can take up to 6 passengers depending on everyone’s weights and if you haven’t requested a private charter there’s a chance more people will be booked on with your group. We hope the views at your landing site made up for your seating arrangement.

So so
My husband and I are slightly disappointed as we were sandwhiched into our seats like sardines. We should of been offered the next flight as another customer more or less took up 2 seat spaces which we alerted the Pilot to, and were told to move over. Too long standing on the Mountain to get our monies worth. Danny the Pilot was hospitable, and Greg who picked us up and dropped us back to our Hotel was friendly and helpful.

Worthwhile
It was an awesome time and we both enjoyed the experience. We would highly recommend The Helicopter Line.
