Wonderful Wine Cave

Great tour of the Gibbston Valley Wine Cave. It has been over 10 years since we last visited and the ambience in there is really worth a revisit. We also got to try three delicious wines. Afterwards, our very informative guide also led tastings at the Cellar door so a very good value experience

Enjoyed!

Our guide Brook was a good sort and really knowledgeable, confidently answering all the questions fired at her. Cave itself is worth the fee to experience, and generous tasting pours! The cheese shop on-site was great too.

Must-do Wine cave tour!

It was a great experience and the ambiance adds so much to it especially the wine. It’s definitely a must do and their cheeseboard. They just kinda forgot we were there. We checked in with them early for the tour about 30 minutes or so and told us to wait there at the lounge. Another 30 minutes from supposedly our tour time and we’re still at the lounge and haven’t seen the guide. I asked the receptionist and they got us to join another group. Overall, still a good experience and they sorted it out smoothly.
