Safety briefing & basic paddle skills tutorial, then into the sea. 1 couple in our group couldn't kayak well, so the leader tied them to him for some of the important "straight" bits. The island was beautiful & not very busy- even managed to swim in there. Not allowed to land, but great time. Some hard paddling due to wind, but very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
