On holiday passing through and booked this as a genuine error, but they've been totally unwilling to entertain any refund even though they made 100% profit from our mistake. They offered to extend the validity but seeing as we live in the UK with no plans to return that's totally impractical and pointless. Extremely disappointing and sheer profiteering and they should be ashamed.
