Join us for a unique experience making your own wine blend. This is a hands-on experience where youāll learn the ins and outs of winemaking, creating the perfect blend for your pallet. Our team will teach you the basics and any tips & tricks and leave you to play around with your blend. At the end of the experience, youāll get to take home a 375ml bottle of your creation along with a wine blending booklet for future blendings.

Fun and generous
Fun activity, lovely host serenity. Very good amount of wine to taste and use to make your blend.

Unforgettable
We have been wine tasting many time but this experience, is on a whole different level. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The service was wonderful, relaxing and fun. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to do something very special. Especially the blending and platter optionš„° Don't think about this just do it. You won't regret it.

Wine blending
What a lovely experience at a beautiful location. It was so much fun blending my own wine and creating my own label. This experience is great for a couple or larger groups.

Matakana Estate wine blending.
We booked a Wine Blending Immersion Experience plus platter at The Matakana Estate Winery. Isaac was our Wine Blending expert. He was very informative and entertaining and made this experience such a pleasure and fun for us both. We highly recommend this.

Wine Blending Sunday Treat
Birthday surprise for my son and it was amazing. Matakana Estate Winery did not disappoint, well prepared - ready to go and enjoyed every bit. Isaac was the perfect host and gave us insight into the art of blending. We felt warm and welcome and were able to take home our own red blend, corked it and labelled ourselves. Highly recommend to others, a real gem. The restaurant, the views and the ambience here is above and beyond. Thank you for having us.
