Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • When booking hot deal specials - the operator in very rare occasions, not withstanding all endeavors, - may have to reschedule the time slightly if load requirements dictate.

    As part of the booking process jumpers MUST supply on booking a working mobile and or working contact number.

  • Pick Ups: Local pick ups are available for Motueka, Marahau and Kaiteriteri - please contact the operator to organise after booking.
