Hi Abo, so glad you were able to finally experience the famous Milford Track! Hope to see you again some day to do the whole thing maybe! Thanks, the Fiordland Outdoors Team.
It was great to get a taste of walking the Milford track. The falls were well worth the visit. Highly recommend this trip.
Thanks Cynthia We are very lucky to be able to share this part of the world with our travellers, glad to hear you enjoyed it :) Fiordland Outdoors Team
Was a nice and quiet walk, mostly flat. Waterfall had not much water in May but the path was lovely and saw many birds on the way. The water way itself was a lovely landscape.
Strongly recommend this hike and the taxi boat service that takes you there.
I had a good discount and I was alone both way, I was very lucky. The diver was very nice too. Amazing day walk.

Best way for a day trip to Milford track
When i came to New Zealand for the first time 7 years ago, i didn't know it was possible to do a day walk in the Milford Track. Unfortunately you have to book in advance (like one year before) if you want to do the whole track, and because of covid i wasn't sure that i could be able to do it. The best option was to do a day walk. After the booking, I received an email from the staff asking me when i wanted to start and when they can pick me up. I started at 8.30 am and i took the water taxi at 1 pm. So they give you plenty of time if you want to walk a little bit further than the Falls. the last boat is at 4.30 pm. I recommend totally !
