We went to salt cave and vibrasaun therapy to celebrate my friends birthday. The place wasn't clean and the vibrosaun machines smelled very heavily like sweat. The owner of the place was talking to the phone very loudly between instructing us so it was hard to get to a relaxed vibe. We left early because the place didn't match our expections at all. When we were leaving with the car the manager called and asked us to return and take the plastic hair and feet covers with us which were mandatory for the saltcave, we ended up taking them to our car because there was no bins inside. I think he could've easily throw them away himself rather than ask us to return back there. Wouldn't recommend the place.

Dear Outi, as provider I am replying to your response, so you can receive reply plus other to have thoughts for your comment. Booking was made for by you on 29 September 2023 at 1:19pm for 2 October 2023 at 2pm for Vibrosaun and Salt Cave Halotherapy, email was sent from me as no response call was made. As you wish to keep as surprise I assist plus booked. On day of visit you and your guest were welcome plus wished for birthday, you both had to wait till your real time of booking as I was busy with other clients who were booked for earlier session or services plus some calls were received as clients were calling. On your located time briefing was made plus service was started for Vibrosaun. After your session was completed ask about your experience in response you both mentioned were relaxed plus nearly felt slept, your this comment was heard by other clients who asked what service you both had choose for curiosity. After that you both were taken to Salt Cave and explain what to do, given new shoe cover and hair net plus clearly advised that after completion of your session needs to take them with you as its part of requirement not only for you but for anyone visit us for Salt Cave as it has been worn during session. In spite of staying till end of session you both came out and was about to takeoff then call was made for curiosity to ask if you were okay, happily leaving for other planned activities plus if you had taken your shoe cover and hair net. As you mention you have not taken then you were asked to come and take them along with you, which you did. You had chosen to do Vibrosaun as one of service and in this service, you sweat due to high heat, there is obvious people will smell their own sweat. As part of health & safety and hygiene issues we do the best as can plus device surface is cleaned and premises is ventilated. If this was reason for your bad reaction plus putting bad review then it is childish. I leave other to think plus put thoughts accordingly. God’s blessing to you and you have a wonderful, blessed day. If you again wish to visit us, then looking forward to seeing you and also look forward seeing your loved one again for any services we offer at Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre.

Vibrosaun therapy and Salt Cave
The Vibrosaun therapy experience lasts up to 35 mins max. However on the page it's advertised as a 1 hour experience. Would have appreciated been told this prior to booking. It was cold in the Salt cave, however the air felt fresh. I found the beds uncomfortable to rest on during my treatment time.
