Never ever rent with this company, I rented range rover for 24 hours, when I picked up the car was early morning, was dark and raining and I couldn't check properly around the car, but on the checklist was already full of scratches. After giving the car back and this only driving between arrowtown and Queenstown, they came back to me saying that had new scratches, rims problems and a ruge list with a total of almost $4000, I am probably the worse driver ever to cause all this damage in 24 hours with my 45 years. Get on their website check just the few dodgy cars available to rent, I am making a formal contain to the competent authorities and also bookme should get this company out of this app. Again never rent with this company.

The tone used in your previous correspondences to the company officials via different channel of communication, especially the phrase "out of your sense," is not acceptable when corresponding. At our company, we deeply value our customers and always aim to conduct ourselves professionally. We've thoroughly reviewed your case multiple times to ensure that cases like yours are handled appropriately. All necessary paperwork has been signed and agreed upon by you. Additionally, you signed and agreed to the inspection report upon taking possession of the car. There was no coercion involved, and you had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle beforehand which you did. If there were visibility issues due to weather conditions, it's important to note that you shouldn't have signed off on something if you weren't satisfied. As per our records, the location and timing were chosen by you, not by us. Surrounding the damages discovered on the rental car you returned to us on April 13, 2024, from your designated pickup location. Upon the vehicle's return, our team noted the presence of new scratches and damages, which we had previously discussed with you through our company representative upon return. This prompted us to conduct a thorough review of the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement, as well as the inspection report that you had duly signed upon taking possession of the vehicle on April 12, 2024. After careful scrutiny of the documentation and inspection report, it was evident that the vehicle had not been maintained in the manner expected during your rental period. Specifically, we observed fresh scratches on both the upper sides of the doors and the front lower skirt, along with damage to the wheel rim. It appears that the wheel rim suffered additional harm, likely due to contact with a curb or other obstruction while the vehicle was either parked or in motion. As outlined in Clause 4.6 of the rental agreement, which you acknowledged as the hirer/renter, it is the renter's responsibility to uphold the vehicle's condition by exercising due care. Furthermore, Clause 8.6 states that the excess amount we hold is refundable if the vehicle is returned in a reasonably acceptable condition. Additionally, Clause 8.8 allows us to seek a repair quote and proceed with an insurance claim if the repair costs exceed the excess amount paid. In line with these clauses, we have obtained a quote for the necessary repairs, which surpasses the excess amount paid. Consequently, we have processed with the repair work and initiate an insurance claim to cover the associated costs. Additionally, we have charged the excess amount that was on hold as per our agreement. We assure you that our team follows strict protocols to document any new scratches or issues to ensure transparency and fairness in our assessments. We understand that the extent of damages may have come as a surprise, and we sympathize with your concerns. Please rest assured that we take all customer feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our services. Great service and car was excellent
