The tour was very informative, the guides were very lovely. They made sure all our questions were answered and shared valuable insights and knowledge. It was awesome!
Julie gave us a rare experience of orchard tour, I haven’t seen any orchard in Cromwell and maybe in whole NZ giving this glimpse of an orchard full of cherries and stone fruits. The freshest, sweetest fruits I’ve tasted as it was straight from the tree. I’ve tasted the difference of fresh fruits against the ones I usually buy in the groceries. I will definitely do this again once I get the chance to go back to Cromwell.
Thank you so much for your review Joanallie - we are thrilled to hear what an amazing time you had at our orchard. We believe the experience of picking and eating fruit directly from the tree is a "must do" when passing through Cromwell. Fruit directly from the tree is unmatched and we would love everyone to experience it! We hope to see you again next time you come to Cromwell. :-)
We will be back in January. Apart from no fruit on the trees. We got a personal guided tour with clear information about planting, pruning and varieties of the various tree. Saw walnut trees and harvesting and tasting. Lovely fruit box at the end . Thanks

Highly recommend
My friend and I recently took a tour of Jackson Orchards and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our guide, Colleen, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease and ensured that I had a great time during the tour. The tour itself was incredibly informative. Colleen shared a wealth of knowledge about the different types of fruits grown at the orchards and the processes involved in harvesting and producing the delicious products we all enjoy. I learned so much about the different fruits and the care that goes into producing high-quality fruits. The orchards themselves were absolutely beautiful, with rows upon rows of fruit trees stretching out as far as the eye could see. It was a treat to see the fruits growing in their natural habitats and to learn about the different varieties grown at the orchard. Overall, I would highly recommend a tour of Jackson Orchards to anyone interested in learning about fruit production and agriculture. Colleen's friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, combined with the beautiful orchards and informative tour, made for a truly enjoyable experience.
