Have you always felt like you had inner-detective skills? It's your time to shine!

Take part in an exciting challenge and resolve some mysteries.

Get your dream-team together and sign up for this clue-solving adventure! Please note that we recommend a maximum of 6 people per group.

Your mission, if you accept it, will start in Rotorua Government Gardens, where you will find the first clue.

You will then start exploring the town streets alongside your team, with a strong determination to re-unite the "lost companion" with its owner.

Message us your answers, and each time you give us the right answer, we will send you the next clue! Solve each clue as fast as you can so your team makes it to the top of the leaderboard!

The full challenge takes approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on your clue-solving skills. Please note that this experience includes walking between 2 to 3 km (you can take a break halfway if you feel like it).

Let us know if you are coming with your little ones as we do have a family-friendly option.

Make sure to check your emails before the D-day as we will send you all the instructions you'll need.

Rotorua amazing race

A really enjoyable way to learn and see parts of Rotorua. They were super helpful as well as it was forecast to rain for most of the day and with a baby they opened it up for us so we could fit in with the sunny part of the day.

Fun family activity

Great way to explore a new town and see different sights. Challenging level was fine for our family with children aged 13 and 15 years.

Rotorua detective walk

Adults enjoyed it but kids(11 year olds) got a bit bored, especially when we spent 1/2 hour looking for a shop in a clue which is no longer there. Overall good way to have a walk around Rotorua especially on a beautiful day m.
