Float to eliminate effects of jet lag
Why floatation tank helps to eliminate jet lag:
The float tank has a powerful and profound effect on the body’s ability to reset natural sleep cycles by removing all external stimulation, which eliminates distractions and provides the basis for the brain to produce theta waves. Theta brain waves are naturally produced just before we fall asleep and again just after waking.
Because of the float tank’s ability to allow the brain to produce theta waves, a 1 hour session in the tank equals to 4 hours of rest! This makes floating a wonderful tool for people who have just been on a long-haul flight and suffer jet lag.

Excellent facilities and customer service
Relaxing and restorative
I loved my 90minute float. The staff were friendly and welcoming, I have floated before but he refreshed my memory and explained everything. The room was clean and dimly lit. The ambience was perfect. I floated into a wonderful state of meditation and felt great after. I slept so well that night. Will definitely be back.
